- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Nev Spas at job fairs and networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
