- Review, draft, and negotiate service agreements for the company
- Be the go-to source for technology-based agreements, including software license agreements, SaaS/Cloud Agreements, reseller agreements, partner agreements, and support and maintenance agreements;
- Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements on behalf of the company;
- Offer internal counsel on a wide range of legal issues and be comfortable effectively delivering that advice to other departments such as sales, information security, finance, compliance, procurement, etc.; and
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external collaborative relationships and effectively influence internal customers, when needed.
Law degree and active bar licensure in state where you are located;3-5 years of legal experience in either a law firm or in-house setting;Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating directly with other parties, agreements, including software-based agreements;Business minded, with the ability to identify and articulate a sensible and practical balance between legal risks and business priorities and present real-world pragmatic advice;have experience dealing with English contract
