HR Manager- (manufacturing)

-Manage full-spectrum HR operations within the electronics manufacturing unit
-Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for production and support teams
-Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, electronics manufacturing standards, and statutory requirements
-Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
-Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives
-Maintain HRIS records, attendance systems, and coordinate payroll inputs
-Support audits, policy implementation, and organizational development activities
-Promote a positive, safe, and productive work culture on the shop floor


-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field-Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing environment-Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR procedures-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills-Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment-Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software
