We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Head of AI & Software Engineering to lead the establishment and ongoing management of our new technology division in Cairo. This is a key leadership position in a company where innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital product development form the foundation of our future growth.

 

You will be the driving force behind building a strong engineering team from the ground up. This includes hiring, training, supervising, and developing the team on a daily basis, while ensuring a productive and well-structured work environment onsite. You will take full responsibility for project planning, technical architecture, quality control, and delivery timelines, and you will serve as the main link between the Cairo development office and the leadership team in Denmark.

 

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical ability. You should be confident designing and overseeing complete software systems — backend services, frontend platforms, mobile applications, AI pipelines, and infrastructure. You must have strong experience with modern development technologies, including Laravel, Node.js or Python for backend development, and frameworks such as React or Next.js for web applications. You should also be comfortable working with Flutter or React Native for mobile development. A solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and secure system deployment is essential.

 

Since our company is heavily focused on AI-driven products, you must have a strong background in modern AI technologies. You should be able to work with large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, or Claude, and be familiar with prompt engineering, RAG systems, embeddings, vector databases, and fine-tuning techniques. Knowledge of image-generation models such as Stable Diffusion, SDXL, DALL·E, or FAL.ai is equally important, as you will be responsible for leading the development of automated AI systems for text, image, and simulation content generation.

 

We expect you to be structured, analytical, and able to execute with high precision. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and translating business ideas into clear technical plans. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with the Danish leadership team through regular online meetings. The role requires physical presence in our Cairo office and full fluency in both Arabic and English.
