- Implement and monitor the company’s Occupational Health & Safety management system.
- Identify workplace hazards and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Lead accident and incident investigations and prepare the required reports.
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements, OSHA standards, and food industry regulations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update all safety documentation and reports.
- Supervise emergency response plans and ensure regular emergency drills are conducted.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure safe and stable operations.
- Raising the level of awareness among employees regarding work risks
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.Minimum 4–7 years’ experience in safety within a food manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and safety legal requirements. Strong communication and training skills.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
