- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to project managers and senior leadership.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate allocation of costs and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of various accounting software programs. Solid experience in bank operations, especially letters of guarantee. Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure. Previous experience in construction companies is preferred.
