Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and verify all QC inspections related to Hard Services (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire systems) as per the preset QC checklists to ensure compliance with technical specifications and applicable standards.
• Develop, implement, and continually update quality control plans, procedures, and inspection schedules.
• Assign daily inspection activities, monitor progress, and coach on inspection methods and safety awareness.
• Review and validate technical documents (drawings, test reports, checklists) to ensure compliance with internal, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out periodic audits to identify non-conformities; document findings, initiate corrective/preventive actions, and follow up to closure.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure inspection instruments and testing tools are correctly calibrated and maintained.
• Enforce HSE standards across all QC operations to minimize safety risks.
• Prepare accurate and timely QC reports, presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance quality assurance practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standard, regulations, and local facility guidelines.
• Support internal and external audits under the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS).

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Construction Management, or similar technical field.3-5 years of experience in quality control, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or inspection-based role within Hard Services or industrial projects.Strong technical knowledge of facility services systems, inspection techniques, and maintenance best practices.Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and testing documentation.Familiarity with standards and codes including ISO, NFPA, ASME, IEC, and OSHA.Proven leadership and team coordination abilities with strong analytical and communication skills.Competent in quality management systems, ERP tools, and reporting software.Safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA) preferred; professional certifications (CQE, Six Sigma, PMP) are advantageous. CompetenciesDeep technical expertise in Hard Services systems.Skilled in non-destructive testing and precision inspection tools.Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of quality standards.Analytical problem-solving with data-driven decision-making ability.Excellent communication and reporting proficiency.Consistent safety awareness and compliance.Comfortable adopting technology and digital quality management tools.
