Job Purpose: To manage all aspects of material survey for construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare da detailed survey for the main and sub-materials for the tendering phase.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine material requirements.
Responsible for preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities (BoQs).
Internal stakeholder coordination
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying.Draftsman knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel Strong command of English and Arabic.Skills & Competencies:Excellent numerical and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.Knowledge of construction methods and material analysis
