5 to 8 years of proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly those relevant to real estate, Construction, or property management.Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience with data migration, integration, and system customization within Dynamics 365.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in preparing user documentation and delivering training sessions.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Dynamics 365 advancements.
