- The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle across both technical and non-technical roles. The position ensures effective sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This role combines strategic workforce understanding with hands-on hiring execution to build sustainable, high-quality talent pipelines that support organizational growth.
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments where applicable.
- Ensure each stage of the recruitment process is completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Collaborate with Customers on Hiring Needs
- Communicate directly with customers to understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges, and expected delivery dates.
- Set clear expectations and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines (Tech & Non-Tech)
- Develop segmented and role-specific talent pools to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Engage passive candidates through long-term relationship building and personalized outreach.
- Maintain structured databases of prospects for critical and recurring roles.
- Ensure Smooth Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience
- Schedule interviews with internal and external stakeholders and ensure seamless logistics.
- Collect structured interview feedback and follow through on next steps.
- Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate Internally to Align Hiring Priorities
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify recruitment priorities and workforce requirements.
- Provide periodic reports on pipeline progress, hiring performance, and recruitment KPIs.
- Participate in internal discussions to optimize recruitment processes and service delivery.
- Utilize ATS and Sourcing Tools Effectively
- Track candidate progress, update records, and maintain accuracy in the ATS.
- Use sourcing platforms to enhance reach.
Monitor recruitment metrics and propose workflow improvements.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or startup experience preferred) Skills: Strong communication skills, client-facing, and candidate-friendly Experience hiring across tech engineering, product, marketing, and ops Comfortable with hybrid work, fast pivots, and lean processesFluent in English Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing platforms
