- Monitor and follow up on item movements inside the warehouses (receiving – issuing – returns).
- Accurately record all warehouse transactions in the system in a timely manner.
- Follow up on the minimum stock level in branches and coordinate with the production department to ensure the availability of essential items and avoid any shortages.
- Verify the accuracy of received and issued quantities and ensure they match the official documents.
- Participate in periodic stock-taking and analyze inventory variances.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on stock balances, shortages, and surpluses.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy and workflow integration.
- Monitor product shelf life, expiration dates, and slow-moving items.
- Contribute to improving storage procedures and reducing waste.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of inventory data and adhere to approved policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a relevant field related to accounting or inventory management.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory Controller within FMCG or food companies.Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems, preferably with experience in SAP or SalesBuzz.High attention to detail in data entry and stock reconciliation.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
