Handle the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.
Manage various hiring types (Permanent, Part-time, Freelance, and Project-based).
Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the selection of top talent.
Prepare and post job advertisements, and maintain an updated candidates’ database.
Contribute to the development of effective recruitment and employer branding strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5 to 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an on-site office environment.
