• Develop, implement, and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and KPI tracking.
  • Partner with HR, department heads, and senior management to align performance metrics with organizational objectives.
  • Support talent reviews, promotions, succession planning, and employee development programs.
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on PMS processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and global brand standards.
  • Lead PMS-related projects and process improvements to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate PMS documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5–7 years of experience in HR or PMS roles, with at least 2 years handling performance management for large teams.Strong knowledge of PMS frameworks, KPIs, goal management, and HR analytics.Proficiency in HR software and reporting tools.Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work with multinational teams and cross-functional departments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
