- Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all manufacturing activities in the Solid Dosage Forms area (e.g., tablets, capsules)
- Supervise and manage all operations of solid dosage manufacturing (granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, etc.).
- Ensure execution of the production plan according to schedule and product priorities.
- Ensure all operations comply with GMP, GDP, HSE, and internal SOPs.
- Supervise and train production supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Promote teamwork and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is a must .Experience not less than 10 years in solid dosage section in Pharmaceutical production industry include at least 3 years in section head role within a non-sterile solid manufacturing area.Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, HSE, and pharmaceutical production processes.Proficiency in solid dosage operations: granulation, blending, compression, coating, and encapsulation.Strong understanding of documentation, batch records, and data integrity principles.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Pharmaceutical Industry Experience is a must.
