- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings to ensure optimal time management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and decision-making.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO’s business trips and events.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in the planning and execution of executive projects, initiatives, and special assignments.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Support the CEO in administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and office organization.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow for the CEO.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address potential challenges or opportunities.
Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard office hours as required.
