Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen, interview, and assess applicants to ensure alignment with RITZY Developments’ culture and role requirements.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, providing timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Develop and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance RITZY’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support onboarding and integration processes for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for a variety of roles.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
