Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing and promotional activities across the family entertainment centers. The role focuses on increasing footfall, enhancing brand visibility, supporting digital presence, and ensuring alignment with seasonal campaigns, events, and group marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about entertainment, children’s experiences, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

Support the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns to promote the playgrounds, arcade games, and family events.

Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure campaign materials are produced and displayed on time.

Track and report on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Assist in implementing loyalty programs, bundles, and promotional offers to boost attendance.

2. Digital & Social Media Management

Manage and schedule social media posts across all brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages in line with brand tone.

Coordinate with the design team to develop creative visuals, reels, and videos that reflect the fun, family-oriented environment.

Monitor page analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

3. Event Coordination & Activations

Assist in planning and organizing themed events (e.g., birthdays, seasonal activities, holiday events).

Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site marketing presence during events.

Ensure proper branding visibility and photo/video documentation.

Work closely with mall marketing teams or external partners for joint promotions and community events.

4. Branding & Collateral

Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital channels.

Coordinate production of marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and in-store visuals.

Support in updating signage, promotional screens, and POS visuals in branches.

5. Administrative Support

Handle quotations, purchase orders, and vendor communication for marketing needs.

Maintain a database of marketing assets, suppliers, and event contacts.

Support the marketing manager in preparing presentations, reports, and post-event summaries.

 


Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or family entertainment.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Familiar with social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut).Basic understanding of photography, video editing, or digital marketing analytics is an advantage.Language: Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong plus.
