• Develop and implement food safety management systems (FSMS).
• Ensures Quality system is implemented all across the food chain by conducting audit on Product, Plant, Processes & services.
• Ensure that FSMS (ISO 22000) & QMS (ISO 9001) system is implemented all cross the food chain. • Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards & systems within the organization.
• Monitors plant sanitation condition, Pest control activity, personal hygiene and GMP implementation on daily basis.
• Handling and investigations on the food safety, quality issues with full investigation reports and suggest better CAPA (Corrective action/preventive action).
• Complaint investigation and preparation of the investigation report by providing the better CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive action).
• Conduct GMP audit for both plants every week, report submission & follow up actions for effective closures of NCR’s.
• Create, implement, and update food safety policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential risks.
• Review supplier compliance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Develop and Implement Food Defines and food fraud.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or a related role in the food industry. • HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, or equivalent certifications preferred.Laboratory, office, warehouse and factory with exposure to heat, noise, chemical reagents and fumes
