- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Prepare, review, and renew employment contracts in compliance with labor law.
- Maintain and update personnel files, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and variable payments prior to payroll finalization.
- Calculate social insurance, income tax, and statutory deductions.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and internal HR policies.
● 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing and personnel administration.● Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and statutory compliance requirements.● Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software.●Proven experience with HR systems such as MenaITech is preferred.● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.● Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.● Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and cross-functional teams.
