Sales Executive

Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline within the target industries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions, especially those related to costing and financial processes.
• Deliver product demonstrations (Demos) to explain system functionalities and added value.
• Prepare commercial proposals and manage negotiations until closing the deal.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support ongoing business opportunities.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and address challenges.
Coordinate with the technical or implementation teams to tailor solutions according to clients’ needs.
• Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on market trends, competition, and sales performance.
 


Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar fields).• 2–5 years of experience in selling ERP systems or B2B software solutions.• Good understanding of business cycles, especially:• Accounting• Cost management• Inventory• Procurement• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to conduct professional product demos.• Familiarity with CRM systems.Strong understanding of Costing / Financial Management modules within ERP systems.• Previous experience selling to industrial or commercial companies.• Knowledge of pricing and proposal preparation.
