Office administration
- Responding phone calls, create and update records and database
- Following up with sales and warehouse departments to fulfill customer needs
- Printing, scanning, fax, email, and other activities
- Following up reports with company teams
- Arranging scheduling meetings and outdoor activities
- Hotel booking, flight booking, Car rental, company car records, …etc.
Logistics
- Handling shipments, following up with suppliers and related works / forms
Human resource
- Handling holidays for employees, fingerprint & discussing issues with employees
Sales Support
- Preparing company documentation for tenders
- Arranging files for registration in customer records
Marketing:
- Supporting marketing activities such as advertisement, giveaways, exhibitions participation, …etc.
- E-marketing activities in social media and advertisement in electronic formats
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Experience in managing office budgets and procurement processes.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
