Wholesale Sales Representative-B2B

  • Identify and develop new B2B wholesale sales opportunities within the ceramics and sanitary ware sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients, including retailers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and solutions to clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ceramics, building materials, or related industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.High level of professionalism and integrity.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
