- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide regular reports and updates to the Head of Sales on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track progress and improve efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, or related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of managerial role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
