- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and organizing financial information.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency.
- Support the finance team in various ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred).Minimum 7–12 years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing or retail sector.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Experience in inventory and cost control is a strong advantage. Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is a plus. Preferred Skills:Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry.Ability to implement financial controls and improve financial processes.Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier or vendor relations
