Job Purpose

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients in GCC markets, expanding Second Step’s service portfolio presence, and building long-term customer relationships.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Sales

• Identify and target new potential clients across GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

• Conduct market mapping and build pipelines for qualified leads in outsourcing fields (contact center services, HR outsourcing, back-office operations, IT support).

• Prepare, deliver, and negotiate proposals, ensuring pricing competitiveness and value messaging.

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → needs assessment → proposal → closing → onboarding handover.

 

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for new business customers.

• Maintain strong relationships through periodic follow-ups and account growth planning.

• Coordinate service delivery expectations closely with operations teams.

 

Brand Development & Partnerships

• Represent Second Step in conferences, networking events, and industry exhibitions in the region.

• Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, business councils, and chamber of commerce networks.

 

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks in the BPO sector.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in BPO, outsourcing, customer operations, IT services, or similar industries.

• Proven record of achieving sales targets and winning new accounts.

 

 

Skills:

• Strong negotiation & presentation skills.

• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

• Relationship-building and networking within GCC markets.

• Familiarity with outsourcing operations and service SLAs.

• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.
