Technology Leadership:
- Develop and implement the organization’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and security.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects.
2. Operations Management:
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Monitor operational KPIs, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management plans are in place and tested.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor IT and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with business units, project managers, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions.
- Provide guidance on technical challenges, system integration, and operational issues.
4. Budgeting & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage IT budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Ensure cost-effective use of technology and operational resources.
5. Security & Compliance:
- Ensure IT systems, applications, and operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Implement data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT, technology, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity practices.
- Proven experience managing IT operations, projects, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
- Experience in digital transformation, DevOps, or large-scale enterprise IT projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, SOX).
