Technology Leadership:

• Develop and implement the organization’s technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and security.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects.

2. Operations Management:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high system availability, performance, and reliability.
• Monitor operational KPIs, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management plans are in place and tested.

3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor IT and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with business units, project managers, and external vendors to deliver technology solutions.
• Provide guidance on technical challenges, system integration, and operational issues.

4. Budgeting & Resource Management:

• Develop and manage IT budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate vendor proposals, contracts, and service level agreements.
• Ensure cost-effective use of technology and operational resources.

5. Security & Compliance:

• Ensure IT systems, applications, and operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
• Implement data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT, technology, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity practices.
• Proven experience managing IT operations, projects, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in digital transformation, DevOps, or large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, SOX).
