Job Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale our paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and others. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty and understands how to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience, while maximizing ROAS and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve ROAS.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and present insights and recommendations for growth.
• Manage media budgets efficiently across platforms and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and industry benchmarks.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in digital media buying, preferably in e-commerce or beauty industries.
• Proven track record of successful paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with tools like Brevo, Klaviyo, Hotjar, or Triple Whale.
• Understanding of the MENA beauty market.
