- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
- Manage media relations, press releases, interviews, and media kits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Handle crisis communication with alignment to Marketing Director and management.
- Oversee brand presence in events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
Plan yearly and monthly content strategies aligned with brand goals. - Oversee creation of content for social media, website, catalogues, campaigns, and internal communication.
- Ensure consistent brand tone of voice across all platforms.
- Review, edit, and approve high-quality content in both English and Arabic.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to create cohesive communication calendars. - Ensure PR messaging is aligned with digital ads, SEO content, and social media storytelling.
- Support influencer marketing plans from content and PR angles.
Collaborate with trade marketing, marketing communication, and research teams for unified messaging. - Align content with product launches, promotions, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare PR & content performance reports for the Marketing Director.
Lead and mentor the PR & Content team. - Manage workload, quality, and timelines to ensure strategic delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.10–15 years of experience in PR, content, or communications including at least 5 years as a manager (preferably in retail, luxury, or jewelry sector).Strong writing and editing skills (Arabic & English).Strong media network and crisis management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple marketing sub-teams.
