Business Development Engineer

The Business Development Engineer acts as a bridge between the customers and the company. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing the complete accurate solution for customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Understand client technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, and tender documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Support projects negotiations 

Strong technical understanding of products or solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.Proficiency in MS Office  Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Strong time management and multitasking skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Professional appearance and conduct.Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.Willingness to travel as needed. Qualifications & Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).Experience:2–5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or project engineering.
