Feed Sales Representative

● Promote and sell chickens feed products to existing and prospective customers within assigned territories.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
● Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate feed solutions to optimize chickens health and productivity.
● Conduct on-site visits to farms  to assess requirements and provide product demonstrations.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
● Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any product-related issues.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.


● Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales in the  feed industry.● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.● Strong communication and negotiation skills.● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.● Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.● Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits and events.● Excellent organizational and time management abilities.● Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
