  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to expand the brand’s presence through new store concepts, regional growth initiatives, and retail partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth by setting and achieving monthly and annual sales targets across all retail and partner channels.
  • Manage and optimize store performance, analyzing KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and footfall-to-sale ratio.
  • Lead and manage co-branding and collaboration projects that elevate visibility and drive measurable sales results.
  • Oversee Strategy & Brand Positioning, ensuring consistent messaging, storytelling, and customer experience across every channel.
  • Handle Budget & ROI Management across sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring profitability and maximum return on spend.
  • Conduct Market Research & Adaptation to identify new territories, emerging trends, and expansion opportunities.
  • Manage brand-led experiences, activations, and partnerships that strengthen visibility and engagement while contributing to sales uplift.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key collaborators locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure stock availability, visual merchandising standards, and overall in-store experience align with sales objectives


 


 


  Proven experience in sales and marketing within fashion or lifestyle brands.Strong background in retail sales management, brand development, or regional expansion.Skilled in budget planning, sales forecasting, and performance tracking.A data-driven thinker with a creative approach to storytelling and brand positioning.Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with mall management, retailers, and brand partners.Passionate about building lifestyle-driven brands, delivering measurable results, and scaling businesses globally.
