- Coordinate drawings with contract documents, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
- Prepare and review subcontractor and client payment certificates accurately.
- Perform quantity take-offs and verify site execution quantities against approved drawings.
- Collect progress data from site engineers for updating the project time schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Record and follow up site meetings and instructions from the consultant/client and ensure compliance with contract documents.
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. 5–7 years of experience as a site technical office Bridges & infrastructure are preferable.Strong command of AutoCAD, Excel and primavera.Experience in quantity surveying, and billing.Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants and subcontractors.
