Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Qualifications:4–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics & couriers.Previous experience in supervising a sales team.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Good command of English.
