- Develop and implement pricing strategies for the full range of sanitary ware products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align pricing with business objectives and market positioning.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for new and existing products, factoring in materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Support the preparation of bids, tenders, and quotations for large-scale projects and key accounts.
- Maintain accurate pricing records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in forecasting revenue and margin impacts resulting from pricing changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to pricing and cost estimation.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams on pricing policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.2-3 years of experience in Pricing and Construction.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ERP systems and pricing software is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
