HR Administrator

  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.) and liaising with the finance department.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems (HRIS).Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
