Pre Sales Engineer

  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored IoT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that clearly articulate the benefits and features of Smart EGAT’s IoT products and services.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective clients.
  • Respond to technical queries and provide pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose optimal solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and technical workshops as required.
  • Support post-sales transition by providing knowledge transfer to implementation teams.

2-8 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role.Strong understanding of IoT technologies, smart city/building solutions, and integration methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs.Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.Proficiency in English.
