- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels for manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Issue raw materials and parts to production teams as needed.
- Update inventory records accurately using the Odoo system.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all products and materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with the procurement and production departments for stock needs.
- Prepare and dispatch finished products according to shipping schedules.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Keeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Must be familiar with using a Warehouse Management System ; experience with Odoo is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills.Basic computer literacy (MS Office).Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the manufacturing or assembly of electronic or mechanical devices is a plus.
