- Lead and oversee the talent acquisition section, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning strategies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment policies, processes, and best practices to attract top talent in the construction sector.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid- to senior-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Mentor and develop junior recruiters, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership.
Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for mid- to senior-level roles.Demonstrated experience in leading and developing recruitment teams.Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent management strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Solid knowledge of labor laws and ethical hiring practices.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives is a plus.
