- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the furniture and fit-out sectors, targeting both B2B and B2C clients.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their technical requirements and propose tailored WoodPro solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase WoodPro’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are accurately translated into shop drawings and production plans.
- Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize product functionality, cost, and manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and developers.
- Coordinate with project management and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery and on-site execution.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company policies.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends using ERP/CRM systems.
- Support after-sales activities, including addressing client feedback, coordinating service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2+ years of proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related role within the furniture, interiors, or construction industry.Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical product details and solutions.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.Experience preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.Familiarity with CAD drawings, shop drawings, and value engineering concepts.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using ERP/CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as required.Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
