- We’re looking for a detail-oriented Air Import Operations Specialist to join our operations team in Cairo.
- The role involves coordinating international air shipments, managing import documentation, and communicating with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
- Training will be provided to familiarize you with IOR operations and global compliance procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.2+ years of experience in air freight import operations (freight forwarder or logistics company).Handle daily air import shipments and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and agents.Review and validate shipping and customs documents (AWB, CI, PL, COO, etc.).Monitor shipment milestones, customs clearance status, and final delivery.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, agents).Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.Maintain accurate shipment records and reporting in our internal system.
