Administrative Assistant

● Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

● Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members.

● Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.

● Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

● Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.

● Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.

● Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.

● Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.

● Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.

● Contribute to the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and training sessions.

● Managing travel bookings, hotel reservations & transportation arrangements.


2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Demonstrated attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.Experience working in an office-based environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Female candidates only.
