Sales Support Specialist

  • Order Management & ERP System: Process customer orders accurately and create them in the ERP System.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Prepare weekly Forecasts and establish weekly work plans to support sales targets.
  • Customer Relations & Follow-up: Follow up continuously with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, create Quotations, and follow up to secure orders.
  • Internal Coordination: Coordinate orders internally with the Planning and Production departments,and follow up with Accounting and Warehouse to ensure timely supply of orders.
  • Business Development: Work on New Projects (potential Customers) and actively search for Potential Customers in the market.
  • Sales and Representation: Present the company's products to clients and close sales, ensuring policies for existing direct clients are renewed regularly.
  • Reporting: Provide the line manager with accurate sales and productivity reports as requested.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts.

Experience: 1+ year of progressive experience in Customer Service preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of internal workflow and coordination within an industrial setting.ERP Systems: Strong experience in dealing with ERP systems for order entry and follow-up.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Language: Very good English (written and spoken) is required. Product Awareness: Ability to maintain an awareness of company products and relevant sales techniques.
