Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and documentation in line with company standards.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
  • Continuously seek feedback and contribute to the refinement of sales processes and strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.






     

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive environment.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.Willingness to travel for client meetings and property viewings as required.
