The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and market share within the automotive industry. This role oversees all marketing functions — including brand management, digital marketing, customer experience, advertising, events, and market research.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s integrated marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels (digital, ATL, BTL, and on-ground).
• Lead marketing campaigns to support sales performance, product launches, and after sales initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Oversee digital marketing strategies including website, social media, and performance marketing to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales, after sales, and customer experience teams to design campaigns that enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to build strong capabilities in brand management, communication, and analytics.
• Measure and report marketing performance KPIs to senior management.
