  • Support spa staff by managing administrative tasks, inventory, and supply orders.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Monitor and uphold spa policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and communication of daily priorities.
  • Generate and review daily reports on bookings, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and enhance service quality.

Female Only Age 27 to 354-7 years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or wellness environment.Proven track record in customer service or front desk operations.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive guest information with discretion and professionalism.Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest care.
