Job Summary:
A Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They act as the primary point of contact between clients and property owners, providing expert guidance and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through leads, networking, and marketing activities.

Conduct property viewings and present property features, benefits, and pricing effectively.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Negotiate terms and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Prepare and manage sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Maintain and update client databases and property listings.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and regulations.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.


 Qualifications & Skills:3–5 years of experience in real estate sales Excellent English communication skillsPresentable, dynamic & target-drivenPreferably have experience in Zayed area
