- Supervise and manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and organized work environment.
- Oversee administrative functions including office supplies, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures across all departments.
- Monitor office expenses and coordinate with the finance department for budget tracking.
- Act as the central point of contact for all Egypt-based departments (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Digital Marketing, Sales, etc.).
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with company objectives.
- Supervise all departments to ensure they are meeting their defined KPIs and performance targets in line with company strategy.
- Support department heads on problem-solving, resource allocation, and operational challenges.
- Supervise and support HR operations in Egypt including recruitment support, onboarding, payroll submission, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and health & safety requirements.
- Promote a positive office culture and resolve escalated employee issues.
- Coordinate with the finance team on taxation, bookkeeping, audits, and budget controls.
- Ensure compliance with local financial, labor, and business regulations.
- Support in preparing financial and administrative reports for headquarters.
- Act as the main liaison with Egyptian government authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance, Tax Authority, Investment Authority, etc.).
- Manage company licenses, permits, social insurance registration, and renewals.
- Ensure legal compliance regarding contracts, corporate documentation, and employee-related legal requirements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing projects.
- Monitor KPIs and performance for Egypt office operations.
- Support senior management in executing strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on office performance, risks, and operational updates for HQ.
- Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Represent the Egypt office in meetings with external stakeholders and service providers.
