Sales Account Manager

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including technical, support, and product teams—to deliver seamless service and project implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and growth opportunities.

1-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.Strong understanding of IT Products and servicesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.#preferred Skills :Experience in enterprise software, UPS, and cybersecurity sales.Ability to deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and scale business operations.
