- KPIs & Data Performance Analyst
- Job Purpose
- The KPIs & Data Performance Analyst is responsible for bridging strategic performance measurement with technical data analysis.
This role focuses on designing and maintaining KPI dashboards, analyzing data across business and technology teams, and leveraging Azure DevOps insights to drive performance excellence and continuous improvement. - Key Responsibilities
- 1. KPI Management & Performance Monitoring
- Define, monitor, and analyze company and departmental KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
- Act as a KPIs Ambassador, ensuring data-driven performance culture across all teams.
- Design and automate KPI reports and dashboards for management visibility.
- Support leadership in defining measurable OKRs and evaluating progress.
- 2. Azure DevOps Integration & Dashboards
- Use Azure DevOps to extract and analyze delivery and operational metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, deployment frequency, backlog health, cycle time, incident recovery).
- Build and maintain custom dashboards and analytics boards in Azure DevOps to visualize project performance and team productivity.
- Integrate Azure DevOps data with Power BI or other visualization tools for comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of performance data.
- 3. Data Analysis & Visualization
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from internal systems (CRM, ERP, DevOps, etc.).
- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
- Provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- 4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, PMO, HR) to align KPIs and data processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation for KPI definitions, dashboards, and reporting processes.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business performance, or software delivery analytics.Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (queries, dashboards, reports).Strong proficiency in Power BI / SQL / Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and visualization.Good understanding of DevOps metrics, CI/CD concepts, and agile delivery performance indicators.Excellent communication and reporting skills. Preferred Skills & CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Data Analyst AssociateExperience in OKR / KPI frameworks and business performance trackingStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset
