Working Hours: Rotational weekly (9:00 am to 4:00 pm) - (4:00 pm to 11:00 pm)(7 hours shift)
Days Off: Fridays (Fixed).
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Order Processing & Documentation: Manage customer orders and ensure accurate and timely data entry for smooth service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in sales and customer service roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of sales processes.
